Eric Movsessian, CPA, CFA
Managing Partner & CFO
Mr. Movsessian co-founded Launch Point Capital in April 2012. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate investments, capital markets and asset management for a variety of product types including office, R&D, industrial, hospitality, retail and multi-family. Mr. Movsessian is responsible for formulating and executing the strategy, asset management and divestment requirements for the Company’s overall portfolio as well as the financial and operating affairs of Launch Point and its related entities.
Prior to forming Launch Point, Mr. Movsessian was Vice President of OneWest Bank (formed to acquire targeted failed assets of IndyMac Bank, La Jolla Bank and First Federal Bank). He was responsible for acquiring, restructuring and asset managing commercial real estate assets and loan portfolios comprised of office, R&D, hospitality, retail and multi-family product types. Before joining OneWest, Mr. Movsessian was Vice President, Finance & Investments for a California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) discretionary fund sponsor and manager, where he was responsible for finance, accounting and investment restructuring of the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. In addition, Mr. Movsessian was previously Vice President at C&C Capital where he structured and closed debt financings in excess of $2 billion in loan proceeds and $3 billion in asset value across various commercial real estate product types for institutional and high net worth investors.
Mr. Movsessian began his career at KPMG in the Assurance Services Group based in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices specializing in the financial institutions and mortgage banking industry. His clients included GE Capital [NYSE: GE], Countrywide Financial Corporation (currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation [NYSE: BAC]) and Wells Fargo & Company [NYSE: WFC]. Mr. Movsessian graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. Mr. Movsessian is a Certified Public Accountant in California with multi-state reciprocity and holds memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of CPA’s (CalCPA), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Silicon Valley Chapter and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), San Francisco Chapter.
Trey Andamo
Managing Partner
Mr. Andamo co-founded Launch Point Capital in April 2012. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the commercial real estate investment life-cycle including acquisition, development, financing, asset management and disposition. Mr. Andamo is responsible for formulating and executing the strategy, acquisition and asset management for the overall portfolio as well as the financial and operating affairs of Launch Point and its related entities.
Prior to forming Launch Point, Mr. Andamo was Vice President at Menlo Equities directing commercial real estate investment, joint venture and asset management activities for the company’s Northern California portfolio consisting of office, R&D and industrial assets. He joined Menlo Equities in 2003 and was directly responsible for originating, negotiating and structuring commercial real estate investments and development projects in excess of 1.2 million square feet. During his tenure with Menlo Equites, Mr. Andamo simultaneously oversaw the asset management activities relating to the company’s Northern California portfolio comprised of 1.3 million square feet of office, R&D and industrial assets.
Mr. Andamo began his career as an investment banker in the Global Technology Group of UBS Investment Bank [NYSE: UBS]. He focused primarily on equity and debt offerings for software, hardware, semiconductor and digital media companies. Mr. Andamo graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, concurrently earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, and a Minor in Public Policy. He previously served as a board member on the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Silicon Valley Chapter and is currently a member of NAIOP, Silicon Valley Chapter and Urban Land Institute (ULI), San Francisco Chapter.
Jeff Wilcox, CFA
Capital Markets Partner
Mr. Wilcox is a Principal at Gantry Inc., the largest independent commercial mortgage banking firm in the United States. He was one of the youngest Principals in Gantry history and consistently a top producer within the firm, closing $2 billion in transactions in the past three years while working directly with numerous insurance companies, banks, Wall Street conduits, and other financial institutions.
Before joining Gantry, Mr. Wilcox held a Senior Project Manager position with a San Francisco based development firm. He was responsible for over fifty employees and numerous large-scale commercial projects. Mr. Wilcox’s development background has made him a construction financing and feasibility expert.
Mr. Wilcox graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
Rob Santo Domingo

Mr. Santo Domingo graduated from Vanderbilt University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development and an MBA from Dominican University.
Bob Reed
Strategic Construction Partner
Mr. Reed is the Founder and CEO of ReedCo Building Innovations, a commercial real estate construction firm based in Northern California. He has over 27 years of construction experience in both ground-up development and value-added projects. Mr. Reed possesses a strong foundation in a broad spectrum of construction trades with varying product types.
Before founding ReedCo Building Innovations, Mr. Reed was a Senior Project Manager at Design Solutions and a Project Manager at Heath Construction, both based in the East Bay.
Nelson Tong
Strategic Construction Partner
Mr. Tong is the Founder of Saticoy Builders, a commercial real estate construction firm based in Southern California. He has in excess of 30 years of construction experience constructing over $1.8 billion of ground-up development and value-added projects. Mr. Tong possess significant cross-functional expertise throughout the industry on high profile projects, while at the same time being seasoned in both field operations and project management.
Before founding Saticoy Builders, Mr. Tong was a Project Manager at RailWorks Track Services located in Sante Fe Springs and T.B. Penick & Sons based in San Diego. Prior to those roles, he was a Superintendent at AvalonBay Communities and an Assistant Project Manager at Western National Builders and Webcor Builders. Mr. Tong initially served as a Combat Engineer for the U.S. Army National Guard for 8 years.
Mr. Tong graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
